1. Account Registration
You must register with valid business and contact details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

2. Orders & Pricing
All product prices are subject to change based on market rates. Orders are processed based on availability and confirmation.

3. Payments
Payments can be made via UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted methods. Credit terms (if applicable) are subject to prior approval.

4. Delivery
We strive for timely delivery. However, delays due to logistics, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Claims
Report any damaged, missing, or incorrect items within 24 hours of delivery. Returns are only accepted as per our return policy.

6. Usage Restrictions
Users must not misuse the platform or engage in illegal activities. Accounts may be suspended for policy violations.

7. Limitation of Liability
SS Global Mart is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from order delays or app issues.

8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi.
